Max Gordy is the head chef and co-founder of Graze Wine Bar, one of Wellington’s most popular and successful eateries. Known for its low-waste ethos, seasonal menus, and relaxed atmosphere, Graze reflects Max’s values of sustainability, community, and care for the land. Prior to founding Graze with his partner Stina, Max worked in a number of top New Zealand restaurants.
